Ray Glendenning's Obituary
Ray Gordon Glendenning, MSG USA (Ret.) 62 of Culpeper died Thursday December 9, 2010 at University of Virginia Medical Center. Mr. Glendenning was born in East Liverpool, Ohio to the late Earl and Margarite Eberhart Glendenning.
He was a retired veteran of the United States Army serving for 23 years. He was also a 14 year employee of Sprint Communications as an engineer.
Ray is survived by his wife, Michele, two daughters, Shanna Ferguson and her husband, Sean and Ryan Glendenning and one granddaughter, Kaitlynne Ferguson, all of Culpeper.
In addition, he is survived by three sisters, Connie, Rosemary and Christina and one brother, Jerry.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Culpeper National Cemetery with military honors provided by Culpeper American Legion Post #330 and V.F.W. Post #2524.
