Randolph B. Yowell , 65, of Culpeper died Sunday April 3,2016 at UVA Culpeper Hospital. He was born June 9, 1950 to the late Lester B. and Mazie Mae Weakley Yowell.
A graveside service will be held Monday April 11, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper.
