Ralph D. “Wayne” Jeffries, aka “Pork Chop” to his friends, 52, of Woodbridge, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016.
He is survived by his children, Christy Bassent, Michael Penley, Robert Penley, and Jessica Jeffries; a brother, Wesley Jeffries; and two sisters, Diane Struder and Cheryl Kitts.
