Ralph Childress' Obituary
Ralph Leon Childress, 49, of Elkwood, formerly of Manassas, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2011.
Mr. Childress was employed by Upper Occoquan Sewage Authority in Manassas. He was an avid Harley motorcycle rider and bowler.
He is survived by his mother and father, June L. and Raymond Childress; daughter, Rachael Childress; brother, Steven Childress and his wife, Cynthia; sister, Valerie Childress; grandson, Kayden Redd; niece, Mary Kathryn Childress; and nephew, Willie Wyatt Childress, as well as many other loving family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 11, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Rev. Chaz Campbell officiating.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
The family would like to thank everyone for the thoughts and many prayers. A special thanks goes to Hospice of the Rapidan and Lake Manassas Cancer Center.
