Rachel Leigh Nievas, born on February 15, 1987, at Fairfax Hospital, passed away on Friday morning, September 22, 2023, in a tragic car collision. She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, and sister whose departure leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her.
Rachel most recently lived in Locust Grove, Virginia and graduated from Centreville High School in Centreville, Virginia.
The daughter of Roger and Karen Nuckols, Rachel graduated from Centreville High School in Centreville, Virginia, but most recenlty lived in Locust Grove, Virginia. In addition to her parents, she leaves behind her cherished daughter, Gabriella Leigh Nievas, the pride and joy of her life, her husband, Lucas D. Nievas, and her sister, Amy May Nuckols.
Rachel will forever be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and the warmth of her smile. Her absence leaves a profound emptiness, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
May she rest in peace, knowing she was deeply loved and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
