Preston Funes' Obituary
Preston Scott Funes, infant son of Charlene Funes and Jesse Love of Spotsylvania County died Sunday, February 4, 2007 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Preston lived a short but happy life and was loved by many.
He is survived by his parents; his brother, Carlos Funes, II; his step-father, Norman White; his maternal grandparents, Tammie and Carlos Funes; his paternal grandparents, Mary and Jeff Loudin; great grandparents, Ann and Joe Weins, Frank and Edna Conley, Elvira Funes and Neftli Machado and his aunts, Joann Love, Nicole Loudin and Candice Conley.
The family will receive friends Friday, February 9, 2007 from 10:00-11:00 am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, corner of Courthouse Road and Southpoint Parkway. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am with the Rev. Jim Stone officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Spotsylvania Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad, Company 1, P.O. Box 146, Spotsylvania, VA 22553.
