Phyllis Catherine Wyrick's Obituary
Phyllis Catherine Wyrick, beloved and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, friend, and artist, peacefully passed away at her home in Fredericksburg, Virginia on November 2, 2024. Phyllis was with Rhea, her loving husband of more than 62 years and her daughters, Lisa, Cathy, and Lori when she departed this world to be with God.
Phyllis spent most of her life in Virginia. She lived in Delaware and Montana during her retirement. Her heart belonged to Montana, but Virginia was always her home. She returned to Virginia to spend her final years near family.
Phyllis leaves behind her husband, Rhea; children, Lisa Vaughan and Harlan Stilwell, Cathy Ryan, and Lori and Jim Sealy; grandchildren, Cassie and John Kelleher, Mandy Vaughan, Jessica Sealy, and Jason Sealy; great grandchildren, Haylee Hill, Sophia Kelleher, and Henry Kelleher; brother, Ed Haywood; sisters, Patricia Haywood, Suzy Swiger, and Terri Ehlert; and many family members and friends spread across the country.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA
