Phyllis Payne's Obituary
Phyllis Payne, 67, of Fredericksburg died Thursday, December 14, 2006 at Mary Washington Hospital.
She is survived by her brother, Donald L. Payne and his wife Dolores; and an aunt, Irene Mills. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, James and Annie Payne and a sister Peggy Payne.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, corner of Southpoint Parkway and Courthouse Road with Rev. Guy Maddox officiating. Burial will be private at a later date.
