Phyllis Gwendoline Frye's Obituary
Phyllis Gwendoline Frye, 84, of Spotsylvania County passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at her home.
She is survived by three daughters, Gale Pence and her husband, Donnie, Lisa Scharmen and Christine Sullivan and her husband, Jeff, all of Spotsylvania; two sons, Dennis Frye and his wife, Billie of Burke and David Frye of California; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and her nephew, Vivian Gale of England.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Frye and a daughter, Jennifer.
A memorial service will be held Monday, November 22, 2010 at 11:00 am at Zion United Methodist Church, 8700 Courthouse Road, Spotsylvania with the Rev. Barbara Jacobs officiating. Inurnment will be held in Quantico National Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers Phyllis’ family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Medi Home Health & Hospice, 125 Olde Greenwich Drive, Suite 150, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
