Phillip Harless Norris' Obituary
Phillip Harless Norris, 81, of Culpeper, died Sunday, July 27, 2014 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born February 25, 1933 in Rileyville, VA to the late Lloyd H. and Mayme Rickard Norris.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Yowell Norris; one daughter, Sylvia Jane Nethers of Culpeper; one sister, Mettie Maxine Seekford of Boonesboro, MD; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Phillip Michael and Russell Wayne Norris; one sister, Janice Arlene Baldwin.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 11 am at Culpeper National Cemetery with Rev. Sandy Martin officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060-9979.
