Paula Sue Blackwelder, 65 of Spotsylvania County, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Mary Washington Hospital. Paula is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jim Blackwelder; three daughters, Rhonda Thompson and husband, Kevi Read Obituary
To all of you I send my condolences at this sad time. It has been years since we were on the Swim teams together. I remember how faithful you two were were to the RSL!!
