Paul Darrell Richmond Sr.'s Obituary
Paul Darrell Richmond, Sr., 70, of Fredericksburg passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Paul was a self employed painter and also a yellow cab driver for many years. He was a member of the Local Painters Union and of The Loyal Order of Moose.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carol Ann Richmond; two daughters, Laverne Bower and her husband, Tony of Spotsylvania County and Joyce Daniels of Fredericksburg; three sons, Paul D. Richmond, Jr. and his wife, Martina of Germany and David W. Richmond and Ronald L. Richmond, both of Fredericksburg; five sisters; one brother; eleven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Ford Richmond and Zelma Pauline Richmond and a great granddaughter, Winter Richmond.
A memorial service will be held Monday, January 17, 2011 at 11:00am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
In lieu of flowers Paul’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Mary Washington Home Health and Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
