Patricia Willis' Obituary
Patricia Willis of Spotsylvania County, Virginia, passed away at Mary Washington Hospital on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
She was born on April 3, 1948, in Tifton, Georgia, to the late James Alton “Jack” Willis and the late Katie Jacobs Willis. Patricia retired from Safeway Inc., where she worked for 42 years. She was a member of the Metropolitan Community Church of Richmond, Virginia, and graduated from Lebanon High School in Lebanon, Tennessee.
Patricia is survived by her wife, Felicia Miller; her brother, Jim “Ronald” (Ann) Willis; her sister-in-law, Sara Frances Willis; her brothers-in-law, Kelly Miller and Robert (Valerie) Miller; three daughters, Aimee Willis (Bill) Hagerty, Stacey Miller, and Raygene (Andrew) Miller-Yoho; three grandchildren, Caelan Hagerty, Olesia Yoho, and Oriana Yoho; and a special goddaughter, Eleanor “Ellie” Thatcher. Patricia is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces who live in various states. She also had many friends, including, Michael King, Patrick Peters, Randy Cheeks, and Steven Stelmack.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Daphne Willis Salinas and Barbara Ann (Johnny) Wilkerson; brothers, Therman Wayne (Peggy) Willis, Bennie Joe Willis, and an infant brother.
Patricia loved spending quality time traveling to visit family and friends. She enjoyed antique shopping and thrifting. She will be sorely missed by her loving family, including her two dogs, Foster and Rachel.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, where the funeral service will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Michael King officiating. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 23, 2025 in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fredericksburg.
