Patricia Ellen Stallings' Obituary
Patricia “Tricia” Stallings, 63, of Spotsylvania, VA, died suddenly on March 10, 2026. She was the wife of William “Bill” Stallings to whom she was married for 27 years.
Patricia was born in Beverly, MA on July 13, 1962 and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Arlene (Harris) Slavin. She earned her Associates Degree at Salve Regina College in Newport, RI. She worked at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC as a Budget Analyst for over 20 years. She had a wonderful sense of humor, was an excellent artist, and loved her several dogs that she had throughout the years. She also really enjoyed spending time on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Patricia leaves behind her husband, Bill Stallings of Spotsylvania, VA; her sisters, Elaine Stiles (Kevin) of Portsmouth, RI and Jo-Anne Riabouchinsky (Mike) of King George, VA; brother-in-law, Ralf Stallings (Terri) of Stafford, VA; sister-in-law, Beverly Pizarro (Larry-deceased) of Spotsylvania, VA; nieces, Lauren Foley (Pete) of Marshfield, MA, Allison Geil (Jeremy) of Stafford, VA, Hannah Stallings of Stafford, VA, and Lauren Pizarro of Reston, VA; nephews, Matt Stiles of Brooklyn, NY, Paul and Alek Riabouchinsky of King George, VA; great nephews, Peter Foley of Marshfield, MA, Jack and Mac Geil of Stafford, VA; great nieces, Sarah and Claire Foley of Marshfield, MA; and her beloved Newfoundland dog, “Bella.”
