Patricia Billie Harris' Obituary
Patricia Billie Willis Harris, lovingly known to most as “Patti Bill,” passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026. She was born on November 29, 1947 to E. Turpin Willis Jr and Jane Smith Willis.
Patti Bill was formerly of Culpeper, Virginia, and Key Colony Beach, Florida, places she called home and where she formed lasting friendships and cherished memories.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wilfred L. “Fred” Harris Jr.
Patti Bill is survived by her daughter, Jacy, and her granddaughter, Makayla.
A graveside service will be held at the Culpeper Masonic Cemetery, North Main Street, Rt 229, Culpeper, VA on March 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
