Brother John definitely touched our family several different times,I can remember when I was little- he was soul winning, & he would take the time to stop & check on my grandparents. I was definitely wanting to know more. So I went to church with my grandfather (Cleveland) & I accepted the Lord that night. I'm definitely thankful for the time he dedicated to the Lord. His family & church is in our prayers! We love you guys!
The heart of a good man is the sanctuary of God in this world.

Family please know you are always in my thoughts and prayers.

Our condolences to his family during this time. Bro. John Burke, as I knew him, was a true brother in Christ, an example to every pastor he came in contact with, a blessing to me as a young man in the ministry. He taught as much with his life as he did with his words. I know he was a blessing to my pastor, Vinton Williams the many years they knew each other. May Good comfort you all knowing Bro John is in heaven.

John was a great inspiration to me and my family, and to many others. He touched many hearts and gave comfort to all during troubled times. Many have witnessed his good work through God and the many lives changed will be everlasting.
My condolences and best wishes to Janet and Family,

Dear Janet, so sorry to hear of your loss. I've heard many in the Hospital tell of Preacher John visiting with them and how much better they felt for the prayers offered on their behalf. Thinking of you dear lady, Meg
