Opal Kessler Ramsey, 92, of King George County passed away peacefully at Heritage Hall on Saturday, July 14, 2018. She was born on July 18, 1925 in Victor, West Virginia.
Opal leaves behind her two sons, Harley E. Ramsey (Maryjo) of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Charles “Chuck” Ramsey (Delores) of King George; four grandchildren, Debra DeCola, Mark Ramsey, Connie Dorsey, and David Clark.
