Olive Leora Mayers' Obituary
Olive Leora Mayers, 85, of Spotsylvania County, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2015 at her home.
Olive was born August 7, 1929 in Pennsylvania to the late Lloyd and Ella Murphy.
She married her late husband, Walter G. Mayers on April 27, 1951.
Olive was a loving wife, mother, and a zealous and faithful servant of Jehovah, having dedicated herself in baptism on September 14, 2013.
She is survived by her son, Walter G. Mayers; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Olive was preceded in death by her daughters, Nataly Ann Mayers and Carol Evon Mayers; a son, Richard Eugene Mayers; a granddaughter, Nicol Patrice Popish and her daughter-in-law, Donna Jean Mayers.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 6445 Morris Road, Spotsylvania, VA.
