Norman Mawdsley's Obituary
Norman Mawdsley, 87, of Culpeper died Monday, March 2, 2015 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born December 16, 1927 in Wigon, England to the late Peter and Martha Mawdsley Roper.
He survived his wife of 63 years, Margaret Doreen. One son, Stephen Mawdsley and his wife, Carolyn of Culpeper; three grandchildren, Stephanie Wattley and her husband, Sheldon of Columbia, SC, Jessica Mawdsley of Blacksburg, VA, Michael Mawdsley of Culpeper; and one great grandson, Jayden Wattley of Columbia, SC.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Barbara.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
