Linda Gillispie
To the family of Mr. Wiley, I have known him since 2004 from my job in the Commissioner of the Revenue's office. He was always such a delight when
he would come in to visit. I remember after he had the fire in his home a few
years ago, he came in to tell me about it and was so excited to show of his
new "duds" he had purchased from Goodwill. The memory I will always have
is actually making a visit to his home last year because I was so worried about
him. I knocked on the door and asked for Mr. Wiley. The gentlemen that
answered the door happened to be Mr. Wiley, but a son. I identified myself and was asked to come in and there, my friend, was in his recliner laid back listening to music with his ear phones on. He acknowledged who I was and went right back listening to
his music. But I was perfectly fine with that, because I knew he was okay! I will
definitly miss him and his smiling face. My thoughts and prayers go out to his
family.
Sincerely,
Linda Gillispie
