Noah Juwan Waters' Obituary
Noah Juwan Waters, 19, of Fredericksburg, VA made his transition on December 4, 2019 to join his grandmothers (Mary and Estelle), grandfathers (Oscar and Neptune) and Uncle Larry.
Noah was born February 22, 2000 in Baltimore, MD as the youngest son of James and Marilyn (Clark) Waters. Noah graduated from James Monroe High School in May 2018 and planned to attend Germanna Community College. He was an avid gamer and loved rap music.
Noah was a son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, and friend to many, many loved ones. His smile and laugh were infectious and lit up every room he was in, emitting positivity and permeating care for all he touched.
Noah is survived by his parents, James and Marilyn; his sisters, Nicole Waters, Shai Jones, Kera Taylor, and Tyra Waters-Cousin; his brother, Keon Waters; his brothers-in-law, Mike Wise, Ryan Jones, Tyre Taylor, and Tyron Cousin; his uncles, Jamal Harris and Tony Parks; and his maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Clark. Noah was a loving uncle to 12 nieces and nephews and two great-nieces. Noah also leaves behind many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He will be missed by his girlfriend, Rickiah and his close friends, Trevon, Quan, Eli, and Kean.
Noah’s family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
