Noah James Metz's Obituary
Noah James Metz, 62 of Culpeper died Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
Noah was born May 8, 1949 in Keyser, West Virginia to the late John B. Metz and Freda Beeman Metz.
Noah is survived by his wife, Kimberly Metz and three children, Freda Whetstone and her husband Keith of Manassas, Susan League-Mullins and her husband Shawn of Front Royal and Noah L. Metz and his wife Angela also of Manassas. His seven grandchildren, Kaitlin, Heather and Amy Whetstone, Sami League, Hunter Mullins, Noah and Kendal Metz. Noah’s former wife, Nancy Gilbertson Metz and his siblings, one brother, John Calvin Metz and his two sisters, Judy Mae Collins and Barbara Jean Crouch.
The family will have a memorial service at 11am on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels of Culpeper 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, with Pastor Jeff Wilson officiating.
Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Special Olympics, 1133 19th St. NW, Washington, DC, 20036.
