I was so saddened to hear of Nettie passing! I worked with Nettie for many years! She was not just an amazing nurse, but also a friend, confidant, and co-worker. Nettie knew her job, and carried out her duties in a very professional, and skilled manner. She was the go-to-person of you had a question. She will be surely missed by all who knew her. RIP Nettie.
I worked with “Miss Nettie” on the postpartum unit for many years. She was an adopted mom for us younger/new nurses. I was an RN and she was an LPN, but regardless of the letters after our names, everyone knew who to go to with a question. She even took care of me when I had both of my babies. Nettie was one of the most respectable, skilled, professional nurses I have ever worked with. The nursing community has lost a major influence with her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
Lifting the family in prayer during your time of sorrow. So sorry for your loss. My deepest condolence to the family of Nettie Kay. Rest In Paradise Ms. Kay
My deepest condolences to Nettie's family. She welcomed me as the new nurse manager at MWH and she made my time there a pleasure and full of joy. She was an incredible nurse who welcomed the newbies I hired and gave them an incredible start as great nurses. I will treasure her memory.
So sorry for your loss!
