Nancy Jane Walker Reams' Obituary
Nancy Jane Walker Reams, 84, died Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at UVA Culpeper Hospital. She was born February 19, 1931 in Marion, VA to the late Gilbert Christian and Nancy Ritsch Walker.
Mrs. Reams was devoted to her family. She loved her bridge club, vacationing in the Outer Banks and family camping trips. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by three children, Laura Fitzgerald and her husband, Paul of Manassas, Dinnie Reams of Norfolk, and Walker Reams and his wife, Loretta of Dillwyn, VA; and five grandchildren, Jack, Patrick, Cassie, Christina and Beth Reams.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Judge William Dinwiddie Reams, Jr; and four brothers, Jack, “Tiny”, “Boots” and Dick Walker.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 11 am at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, 115 N. East St. Culpeper, VA with Rev. Ben Shelton officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Stephens Church Altar Guild, 115 N. East St., Culpeper, VA 22701.
