Nancy Lee Hoffman's Obituary
Nancy Lee Hoffman, 76, of Culpeper died Sunday, March 3, 2019 at the University of VA Medical Center. She was born October 8, 1942 in Ohio to the late Leland and Alberta Ginste Welch.
Mrs. Hoffman was a member of Culpeper Baptist Church, the Salem Garden Club and Culpeper Red Hat Divas. She was a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Ohio and retired from teaching while working for the Culpeper County school system.
She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Lucian Hoffman; one son, Anthony James (Rebekah) of Culpeper; stepson, Morris Hoffman (Tracey) of Haywood; four grandchildren, Tristan Lee James of Richmond, Branson W. James, Cheyenne N. James and Wyatt G. James, all of Culpeper; daughter-in-law, Tina Ragen-James of Spotsylvania; cousins, Dean Welch (Vonnee) of Palm Coast, FL, Linda Boise (Chuck) of Wellington, OH, Vickie Pabon (Wilson) of Loraine, OH, and Joanne Sanders of Wakeman, OH; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She has gone home to be reunited with her parents and son, Randy Lee James.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, Va.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery.
