Nancy Gosnell's Obituary
Nancy P. Gosnell, age 64 of New Market, Virginia passed away Friday, April 11, 2008 at Winchester Medical Center.
Nancy was born in South Carolina on February 29, 1944. She was the Assistant County Clerk for the Prince William County Board of Supervisors and retired after 32 years of service. She also was a volunteer with Family and Child Community Education.
Preceded in death by her mother: Beulah Penland and her brother David Penland, survivors include her husband, Ronald B. Gosnell, two daughters; Noelle D. Logan and her husband Paul of Arlington, Nicole Marquis and her husband Marc of Grafton, Massachusetts; her father, Carroll W. Penland of South Carolina; two stepsons, Ronald and his wife Heather Gosnell of Goodyear AZ and David Gosnell of Glendale, CA; Five grandchildren, Danielle Logan, Thomas Logan both of Arlington, Ashley Marquis and Alexander Marquis both of Grafton, Massachusetts and Ava Gosnell of Goodyear, AZ and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Monday, April 17, 2008 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Found and Sons Lee Funeral Chapel 8521 Sudley Road Manassas, Virginia where a funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2008 with the Rev. H.G. Leach officiating. Interment to follow in Stonewall Memory Gardens.
