Nancy Frazier Atkins' Obituary
Nancy Frazier Atkins, 77, of Culpeper, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on June 10, 1946 in Charlottesville to the late Elmer James Frazier and Myrtle Jenkins Frazier.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ralph S. Atkins; a daughter, Carol Elkins and her husband, Bobby, all of Culpeper, and a beloved grandson, Christian, and his fiancée, Olivia Biggs, of Stafford.
Prior to her retirement in 1996, Nancy was employed by VDOT for more than 30 years.
As per her wishes, a private graveside service will be held in Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Mark Jenkins officiating.
