Miriam Elizabeth Gerard's Obituary
Miriam Elizabeth Gerard, 78, passed away peacefully Friday, June 27, 2014 in Falls Church.
Miriam leaves behind her son, Steven Gerard and his wife, Marisol; two grandsons, Alex and David Gerard, who she absolutely adored.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Gerard and a daughter, Karen Gerard.
A memorial service to celebrate Miriam’s life will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday June 29, 2014 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, with the Rev. Allan H. Fisher, Jr. officiating. There will be a reception to follow the service at the Summerlake Clubhouse, 11190 Savannah Drive, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
In lieu of flowers, Miriam’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of charitable donations in her name to either the Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity, P.O. Box 8265, Fredericksburg, VA 22404, or the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
