Mildred Louise Bennett's Obituary
Mildred Louise Bennett, 85, of Fredericksburg, passed away Sunday, October 03, 2010 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Millie was a long time member of the Salvation Army Church and the Ladies Home League.
Mildred is survived by three sons; C. Thomas Bennett and his wife June of Fredericksburg, Paul E. Bennett of Richmond, Terry L. Bennett and his wife Tammy of Stafford; two daughters, Joan Coakley and her husband Junior of Hartwood, and Sandra Bennett of Florida; a brother, Mark Boulware of Bowling Green; a sister, Edna VanGermet of New Jersey; nine grandchildren, Clorese, Anita, Danny, Bill, Bryan, Kenny, Kimberly, Christy and CC. She also leaves behind six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Clyde.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday October 6 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels – Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Rd., Fredericksburg with the Captain Matt Satterlee officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations in Millie’s name to the Salvation Army Church, 821 Lafayette Blvd., Fredericksburg, Va. 22401.
