Mikie King's Obituary
Michael Mikie King, 60, of Falmouth and formerly of Alexandria passed away Wednesday May 6, 2009 at Fair Oaks Hospital.
Mikie worked for many years as a sales rep in the water and sewer industry and made many friends with the area contractors.
Mikie is survived by his his mother, Betty King of the home; his wife, Carol of Falmouth; his daughter, Angel King of Lorton; his sons Jerry Via of the home, and Michael Via and his wife, Penny, of Linden, Virginia; his sister, Lori Frye and her husband J.R. of King George; his brother, Brad King, of the home; his granddaughters, Olivia, Chloe and Taylor; his grandson, Cody; his niece Leah and his nephew Lorne.
Mikie was preceded in death by his father, Robert King, Sr. and his brothers Robert King, Jr. and David King.
The family will recieve friends from 7-9 pm on Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road Fredericksburg, VA 22407. A funeral service celebrating his life will be held at 2pm on Monday May 11, 2009 at the funeral chapel with the Rev. Jessie Booth officiating.
