Michael Edward Runyon, Sr.'s Obituary
Michael Edward Runyon, 48, died Wednesday, June 20, 2007. He was born July 11, 1958 to the late Hardy Runyon and Carrie Frazier Gallihugh.
Mr. Runyon enjoyed fishing and loved his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Michael Edward Runyon, Jr. of Stanardsville, Daniel Austin Runyon of Remington, Amanda Hogan of Culpeper, Melissa Partlow of Culpeper, Amy Nicole Runyon of Stanardsville, and Wanda Shifflett of Stanardsville.
Additional survivors include his siblings, Warren Runyon and his wife, Debbie of Chantilly, Jerry Runyon and his wife, Linda of Radford, Donnie Runyon of North Carolina, Richard Runyon and his wife, Peggy of Richardsville, Larry Runyon and his wife, Wendy of Tennessee, Betty Sisk and her husband, Danny of Ruckersville, Margaret Davis and her husband, Richard of Rhoadesville, Linda Rucker and her husband, Bob of Tennessee, Ellen Yancey and her friend, Steve Brunk of Tennessee, his dear friend, Paula Dodson of Remington, ten grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 25, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at 10 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ricky Simpson officiating.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
