Michael Lee White's Obituary
Michael Lee White, 53, of Lignum, died Monday, October 11, 2021 in Springfield, VA. He was born July 12, 1968 in Ft. Belvoir, VA to Brooksie Barton Seamon and the late Albert Lee White, Jr.
Michael was a true friend, who loved everyone. When he spoke his piece, he meant it, but always with love. He was a kind son, brother and uncle, who would give you the shirt off his back. Michael overcame many obstacles in his life and maintained a good spirit while battling cancer.
He took pride in all of his possessions, but especially the car his dad gave him, a 1964 Ford Galaxy. He also enjoyed drag racing with his brother.
In addition to his mother, Brooksie (Mike Goroum), Michael is survived by two siblings, Billy White (Carol) and Sherri White; his step-mother, Joyce White; uncles, Jimmy McGavran (Susan) and William White (Lois) and other aunts and uncles in the White family; his Grandpa and Nanny, Michael and Kathy Garrett; four nieces, Savannah White, Victoria Allen (Chris), Karli Anderson (Alexis), and Faith White; three great nieces and nephews, Skylar Allen, Bo Allen, and Lakelynn Morgan; and his best friends, Staci Martineau and Greg Redden.
