I will never forget January 31st 2025, I lost another great friend. We lost our other friend Stan as well, we were all great friends. I've known Mike 53 years since befriending him in Mansfield.
Well all use to play street hockey, football, rode our bikes all over Mansfield because we thought we owned the town. Mansfield was a great place to grow up, so glad we met there.
Mike decided to go to a different high school, but well stayed in contact because we had that connection. We were both great athletes and very competitive, couldn't even eat wings without a competition, but loved Mike all the same. As the years blew past, Mike decided to go into the Air Force, but we stayed in contact.
One day Mike brought Ann home to his parents and that's where I met Ann, who thought all these years later we'd still be great friends. Eventually they had great Kids, Michael, Missy & Amanda of whom I've come to love.
I've followed Mike's career in the Air Force and even attended his retirement.
Mike has now retired from life, but never my heart, sleep well my Friend!!
