Michael Robertson's Obituary
Michael Shay Robertson, 34, of Culpeper died Sunday, August 1, 2010 at Winchester Medical Center. He was born April 29, 1976 in Farmville, VA to Michael Gibbs Robertson and Barbara Williams Bautista.
Michael was an avid fisherman who enjoyed collecting guns and drag racing. Above all, his son was number 1 in his eyes.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Gavin Shay Robertson of Rixeyville, his stepfather, Jose (Pop) Bautista, and his siblings, David Lawrence Robertson, Alisa Nichole Robertson Carson, Cassie Marie Bautista Snow, Carrie Lynn Bautista and Joey Bautista, step sister, Alondra Elizabet Bautista, and five nieces and nephews, Sierra, Blake, Kersten, Devon and Donavon. He is also survived by his favorite aunt, Drema and uncle Clifford (Big Man).
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 6, 2010 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jeff Light officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the family c/o Found and Sons Funeral Chapel to help with the funeral expenses.
