Michael Alan Phillips, 68, of Culpeper passed away Sunday August 25, 2024 at Culpeper Hospital. He was born on June 3, 1956 to Gloria F. Pucek and the late William Clinton Phillips in Alexandria, VA.
In addition to his mother, Michael is survived by his companion, Naomi Kayes; siblings, Sandra Martin, Donald Phillips, Linda Tolson and husband, Richard, and Beatrice Kaye Mayhew; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
