Michael Phillips
Michael David Phillips, 62, of Fredericksburg Va, passed away Friday, February 27, 2009 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Michael was born in Florida and retired in Virginia after 22 years in the Navy, and then worked for the US Capitol Police for 10 years.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Phillips; daughter, Allison P. Phillips of Franklin, VA; his aunt, Moynelle Moats of West Virginia; his sister in law, Ginny Thompson of St. Peteresburg, FL; his sister, Sue Tillack and her family of Denver, CO; his birds, Rory and Girlie; and his cats, Jack and Bones.
