Michael Justin Cook's Obituary
Michael J. Cook, 37 of Woodford, passed away Friday May 15, 2015 at his home.
Michael worked for McLane Distribution Company for 12 years. He is a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.
Michael is survived by his wife of seven years April M. Cook; two sons, Noah Cook and Casey Cook; one daughter, Mary Cook all of the home. He is also survived by his brother Ray B. Cook, III and his wife Amy of Spotsylvania; two sisters, Jacqueline R. Michalick and husband Anthony of Spotsylvania and Mary Katherine Congdon and husband Jason of Fredericksburg; his parents; Ray B. Cook, Jr. and his wife Diana of Stafford. He also leaves behind his beloved Chihuahua of 6 years Teacups.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday May 19, 2015 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel – Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday May 20, 2015 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 10725 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations in Michael’s name to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or online at www.StJude.org.
