Michael Barker, 72, of Boston, Virginia died Friday, December 8, 2023, at Culpeper Hospital. He was born
July 3, 1951, in Decatur, Illinois to the late John Curtis Barker and Eleanor Scholes Barker.
Michael is survived by Rosina Bateson Barker, his wife of 41 years; his son Taylor Johnston Barker, and
daughter-in-law Veronica; daughter Eleanor Scholes Barker; grandchildren Rosina Victoria Barker and
Elias Orsino Barker; sister Julie Schofield; and a host of extended family and friends.
