Mercedes M. Misko's Obituary
Mercedes Mary Misko, 79 of Annandale, passed away Wednesday February 27, 2013 at Capital Caring Hospice.
Mercedes is survived by her three children, Mercedes Herring and her husband, Jamie of Charlottesville, Monica Misko of Annandale and Joseph Misko, Jr. of Fredericksburg; her brother, Michael Walton and his wife, Gwyn; five grandchildren, Christopher Krawchuk and his wife, Sarah, Jonathan Krawchuk, Jamie Herring, Randy Herring and Joseph Misko III (Will); four great-grandchildren, Spenser, Parker, Reese and Dylan Krawchuk and numerous nieces and nephews
Mercedes was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mercedes Walton; a daughter, Christina Misko; four brothers, Harry, Vincent, William and Francis Walton and a sister, Mildred Walton.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 2, 2013 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 7401 St. Michaels Lane, Annandale, Virginia. Burial will be private.
Mercedes requested that no flowers be sent and in lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Capital Caring, Halquist Memorial Inpatient Center, 4715 North 15th Street, Arlington, VA 22205 or to St. Michael Catholic Church, 7401 St. Michaels Lane, Annandale, VA 22003.
