Melvin Potts Beach
Melvin Beach, 71, of Jacksonville, N.C., formerly of Stafford County, died January 5, 2008 at Britthaven Nursing Home of Jacksonville.
Melvin was the widower of Jean Beach and was a longtime waterman and owner of Beach's Seafood in Fredericksburg.
Survivors include a daughter, Diane Green and her husband David of King George County, a grandson, Stacey Rhody and his wife, Brandi, of Jacksonville, NC; a granddaughter, Nichole Basham and her husband, Steve of King George County and two great-grandchildren, Mikala and Mason Rhody.
