I'm so sorry to hear of Melinda's passing. She was a dear friend to my mom Nancy, and a huge help to me when I lost her in 2015. My deepest condolences to the family.

Lindy was always smiling a very loving lady. Sorry for your lost.
Prayers to the Rhodes family. May God lift you all up during this difficult time. Melinda will always be remembered by the Culpeper County Treasurer and Commissioner of the Revenue offices as a steadfast and dedicated employee. We shared a lot of joy and sorrow through the years.
