Maurice Albert Allen's Obituary
Maurice Albert "Al” Allen, age79, of Manassas Park, passed away on March 13, 2010.
Al was a member of the Teamsters local # 639, past president and treasurer of the Signal Hill Lion Club, past treasurer of Boy Scout Troop # 1182 and a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post # 1811.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years Lavern Allen; son, Stephen M. Allen and wife Barbara Jean; brother, Elton W. Allen and wife Mary; sister, Evelyn Allen; two grandsons, Daniel and Johnny Allen. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 18, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Found and Sons Lee Funeral Chapel, 8521 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA 20109. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 19, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, with the interment to follow at National Memorial Park, Falls Church, VA
