4 years ago today you left us mom. My heart still hurts and I miss the sound of your voice so very much. I miss everything....the smell of your perfume, your laugh, your cooking, running errands together, going to lunch, the long talks, your encouragement and last but not least putting Thanksgiving dinner on together. It has been almost two months since you left mom. My heart still hurts and I miss you more than words can explain. My world had been forever changed. I pray you are at peace now and the pain you went through is a distant memory. I was blessed to be able to spend the last several years with you. I will always remember the road trips, hockey games, shopping and lunches. I strive to be the elegant classy lady you were. Until we see each other again...xxooo I love and miss you.

My grandma was a women who I always considered in my mind ever since I was a little girl as women who acted very "lady like" :).... When I was younger I was a bit of a tom boy and ever time I saw my grandma I would get told that burping or farting was not very "Lady like" .... Today I can say that she helped make me the lovely lady I am today. She has affected my life in so many ways... When I have a daughter of my own that is something I will pass on to her from my grandma is how to act like a proper lady... One thing I always told her was that I have her legs....
While my grandma was going through chemo I told her I would donate my hair for her so she could have a wig... and plus it would already be blonde. But she had told it was very nice of me to offer it to her but real wigs are to hard to maintain. But I had always still planned on donating it for her but allowing another person or child with cancer to receive my hair..... After my grandma passed I cut of 10 inches of my hair in honor of her.
She will be greatly missed by all of her friends and family. I loved her very much and I will see her again sometime....... BillieJean McGill
We were saddened to hear of Mary's passing. As our daughter, Tara Burfening, has expressed so well, we have many fond memories of Mary, Don, Tommy, Patty, and Angela. To the family of Mary L Schebell, I am so sorry about the passing of your mother. I am so happy that I got the opportunity to meet her and serve as her Angel. Your mother had great courage and strength all through her suffering and you as her children shall be proud. She was very uplifting and had plenty of love to share with everyone. Our deepest sympathies and love to everyone in the family. We've all lost a sweet loving person and the only placating event is that she's in a far better place and finally through with all of the physical suffering.

So sorry for the loss of your mother. Mary was a beautiful woman with a heart of gold. I remember all the fun times we had growing up as neighbors, boating, water skiing and camping out together. Our families shared alot of great times that I will never forget. She is in a better place now and no longer suffering. May God Bless you and your family. Mary will truly be missed.
