Mary Lee Reynolds' Obituary
Mary Lee Reynolds, 75, of Fredericksburg passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at her home.
Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. She had a kind and gentle soul that embraced life. Besides the love of family, she loved riding on the back of her husband’s Harley Davidson motorcycle. It was while riding on the motorcycle that she met many friends that became a part of her family. She liked reading, watching cooking videos and planting flowers. In the fall months, she would root for the Washington Redskins. However, she loved watching the Green Bay Packers for her favorite player, Aaron Rodgers. She will be greatly missed by all.
Mary is survived by her husband of 53 years, Walter Joseph Reynolds, Jr.; her children, Mary Jo Davis (Joe) of Fredericksburg, and Billy Reynolds (Holly) of Vienna; grandchildren, Kayla, Star, Alicia, William, Tanner, and Madison; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Bolevitch and sister, Gloria Atkins.
Mary’s family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2021 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Quantico National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Mary’s family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Capital Caring Hospice, 111 Olde Greenwich Drive, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
