Mary Lou Keys' Obituary
Mary Lou Keys, 76, of Culpeper passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Fauquier Hospital.
Born April 18, 1936 at Rocks, MD, Mary was the daughter of the late George and Opal Christian Stacy. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie Jean Tuel and her brothers, Donald Ray Stacy and Rodney Dale Stacy.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years James Wesley (Wes) Keys of Culpeper; two daughters, Deborah Lee Deane and husband Ronald J. Deane of Culpeper and Donna Kay Keys of Culpeper; two sons, James Wesley (Jay) Keys Jr. and wife Priscilla C. Keys of Woodville and Kevin Keith Keys of Culpeper; three grandchildren, Steve LaCroix Hudnall of Midland, TX, Tiffany Dawn Keys of Woodville and James Wesley (Jamie) Keys III and wife Martha Helen Keys of Flint Hill, VA; two sisters, Carol Ruth Osborne and husband Thomas Monroe Osborne of Culpeper and Linda Kay Stacy of Culpeper; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 11 am at Fellowship Assembly of God Church 15 Many Lane Sperryville, Va. 22740 with Pastor Joel Cress officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
The family requests that memorial contributions be sent in memory of Mary Lou Keys to the American Lung Association in Virginia, 9702 Gayton Rd, #110, Richmond, Virginia 23238.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff of Fauquier Hospital for the care and kindness they demonstrated during Mary’s stay there.
