Mary Elizabeth Jones' Obituary
Mary Elizabeth Jones, 78, of Culpeper died Monday, December 4, 2017 at her residence. She was born August 14, 1939 in Elmira, NY to the late James and Elizabeth Winfred Jackson Personius.
Mrs. Jones received her Master’s degree from Cornell University and loved teaching Kindergarten for over 30 years in the DC public school system. She enjoyed playing cards and riding the Harley with her husband through the mountains of Virginia.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, George H. Jones; two sisters, Martha Personius of CA, and Anne Morse of Elmira, NY; and her best friend, Dargene Morris of Washington, DC.
Services will be private.
