Mary Elizabeth "Momma Liz" Hall's Obituary
In loving memory of Mary Elizabeth Hall, 61 of Rixeyville who died Friday, September 7, 2012 at her residence. She was born October 26, 1950 in Athens, Greece to the late Charles Russell Etheridge and the late Rosalie Tunstall Etheridge.
Liz Hall was a longtime supporter and vendor at the Culpeper Farmers’ Market for almost 20 years. She was a passionate gardener and enjoyed long hours outside with her many plants. She will always be remembered as an amazing mother and grandmother and someone who touched the life of so many in her community.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, John Michael Hall, and three children, Michael Charles Hall of Rixeyville, Walter Thomas Hall of Culpeper, and Sarah Katherine Wall and her husband, Kevin of Hebron, New Hampshire.
Additional survivors include two grandchildren, River Rae Hall, and Benjamin Charles Wall, She is also survived by a brother, Charles Etheridge, and a sister Kathleen Robinson.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at Hazel River Inn at 3:30 pm on Saturday, September 15th.
