Mary Fries
Mary Alice Fries, 81, of Fredericksburg, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2009 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Mary worked as an LPN for 30 years and spent her life helping others. She is a person who loved life and never gave up even through many medical problems.
She is survived by her two daughters, Marsha Schuldt and Judy Brayton and her two sons, Ricky Fries and Eric Fries; her sister, Libby Benson; her brother, Bud Wilson; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Brevard Fries, Jr,.
A funeral service will be held 1 pm on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels~Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Fredericksburg/Spotsy Unit c/o Trudy Clifton 113 Tall Pines Avenue Locust Grove, Virginia 22508.
