Mary Elizabeth Settle Cunningham's Obituary
Mary Elizabeth Settle Cunningham, 89, of Jeffersonton, passed away in her home on March 29, 2014. She was born September 2, 1924 in Culpeper County.
Mrs. Cunningham lived most of her life in Jeffersonton and was a long-time member of Jeffersonton Baptist Church.
She was predeceased in death by her husband, Clinton Sanford Cunningham, Sr.; a son, Timmy O’Hara Cunningham; and a daughter, Gale Gwendolyn Halterman.
She is survived by two sons, Clinton Sanford Cunningham, Jr. of Mouth of Wilson, VA and Mickey Roger Cunningham and his wife, Tina of Troutdale, VA; as well as two daughters, Charlotte Gough Maldonado of Lignum, VA and Debra Castillo of Jeffersonton, VA. Also surviving are two sisters, Florence Richards of Culpeper, VA and Alice Lowe of Chantilly, VA. She had thirteen grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 2 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be private.
