Marvin Rush Hereford's Obituary
Marvin Hereford, 81, Passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2013.
He was born in Welington, VA on October 13, 1933, the son of the late Jack and Lolottie Jeffers Hereford. He was the widower of Linden Mauck Hereford, a retired carpenter and had attended Red House Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Debbie J. Pittman (Eugene), of Reedville, VA; one son, Marvin S. Hereford (Rebecca), of Irvine; two grandchildren, Russell Pittman (Jennifer) and Gayle Hereford; one great-granddaughter, Madelyn Pittman.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas, William and Wade Hereford; two sisters, Lolitte Mauck and Emma Walters.
Visitation will be from 6-8PM Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013 at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home in Richmond, KY.
The family will receive friends from 7-9pm on Friday, November 22, 2013 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper VA 22701.
A Funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels of Culpeper.
Interment will follow at Linden Church Hill Cemetery, Linden, VA.
